AGRO-INDUSTRIAL concern, Border Timbers, is to approach the Master of the High Court to seek removal from judicial management, the judicial manager Peter Bailey has revealed.
The company was placed under judicial management in January 2015 after failing to service debts to several financial institutions amounting to $20 million.
Bailey said he was recommending that the company be taken out of judicial management.
