Editor - Your story on Bulawayo leadership being divided on the visit to the region by the European Union delegation made interesting reading.
My advice to Bulawayo governor, Cain Mathema, is that if he does not want the westerners in Matabeleland, what is he doing to develop the area? Mathema should remember that Bulawayo was developed by the whites save for the National University of Science and Technology and Mhlahlandlela Building, which has no socio-economic importance whatsoever to the country.
The people of Matabeleland have routinely spurned ZANU-PF since 2000.
