INFORMATION on food stocks and consumption in southern Africa is too tilted in favour of cereals, ignoring other food products consumed in the region, the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) has said.
In a statement released last week, FAO said while there was ample information on the availability of cereals, there was little information on the availability of other foods that have come to dominate diets.
