BEFORE Zimbabweans can expect rapid and sustained economic recovery, we must remove certain barriers and put in place certain economic software and structural fundamentals in place. We must begin by recognising that there are more than 300 moving pieces in any fully functional, successful and growing economy. Government is dealing with some of these, but we must attend to all the others if we are to push the economy into full throttle.
