THE ZIMBABWE Building Contractors’ Association (ZBCA) is pushing for the enactment of a new law that will limit the participation of foreigners in the sector. This comes as the opening of the country’s economy a few years ago has brought about unfair competition in the local construction industry as deep-pocketed foreign companies snapped up the majority of works.
