FORMER Finance minister Tendai Biti was on Thursday deported from Zambia and is now in police custody. The European Union, the United States of America and Canada have already condemned the Zimbabwe government for breaching international law and disrespecting human rights.   Zimbabwe Republic Police national spokesperson Senior Assistant Commissioner Charity Charamba confirmed the arrest saying Biti is being charged for contravening  Section 36 of the Criminal Law Codification and Reform Act Chapter 9.23 on public violence and also contravening Section 66  1(a) of the Electoral Act Chapter 2.13 - unofficial or fake declaration of results.
