ZIMBABWE has seen increased international calls since the new administration took over in November last year, “evidence that the international community is warming up” to the once pariah State, the Postal and Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (Potraz) has said. Latest statistics from the regulator indicate that international incoming voice traffic increased by 2,4 percent from 39,7 million minutes in the last quarter of 2017 to 40,6 million minutes in the first quarter of 2018.
